About Us - The Best Coast Bears
Best Coast Lacrosse (BCL) is a newly formed team that is the result of a merger between the two Huntington Beach Lacrosse organizations, Huntington Beach Blackhawks and Huntington Beach Rampage. We are now the largest Lacrosse organization in Orange County with a full staff of experienced coaches.

We now have over 150 boys and girls playing on 9 different teams from the 2nd grade up through 8th grade.  Our teams are separated by ability and experience and we look for players that have just picked up a stick for the first time all the way through the elite/travel team player.

Our Vision is to be the best youth lacrosse organization in Orange County - in the eyes of our players, parents, coaches and communities we serve. We expect and demand the best of our players, coaches and team management by promoting our team values and spirit of the game.

Our Mission is to provide a fun and challenging opportunity for youth boys and girls to learn and play the game of lacrosse. We do this by attracting and retaining top level coaches with a focus on teaching lacrosse in a positive environment while also working to improve both individual and team skill sets. Our program will provide lacrosse players the opportunity to develop their skills, learn the game of lacrosse and be better prepared to play lacrosse at the high school and college level.

We are the longest-running youth lacrosse program in Huntington Beach, have the most experienced coaches and we stress the best interest of our players above all else. We are a Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) Seal of Commitment program to ensure a positive, character-building experience for all of our players and their families.
